Dashboard
Creativity has an inbuilt worflow and messaging system helping team members communicate and coordinate. These features are most visible on the dashboard
and include:- list of active users, object summary, approval queue, object update queue and message queue.
Plus what tests are due over the next seven days.

Formula Editor
All object editors have an identical layout, with the toolbar along the top showing the primary options available. Demineralised Water is shown with a Green background as it is the only Approved material.

The info column shows if a material has any warnings or restrictions applied to it, if the mouse hovers over it a tooltip is
displayed showing it's INCI breakdown and any relevent regulations.

Materials Search
The system is pre-loaded with over 84,000 materials, all searchable by many factors including their chemical class, chemical function, stock code, RMID, manufacturer, and what formulas they are used in.

Material Trade Name Editor
In common with other objects you can create user defined fields for materials, as
well as store documents relating to them in the central document server .

Regulation Editor
The software is pre-loaded with 1100 regulations, including EU, USA, Japanese, and Australian.
Regulations can be applied to INCIs, Material Trade Names, Manufacturers, or Suppliers.
A regulation can be any one of the following types :- Prohibited, Conditional, Under Review, or Mandatory.
These combine to create a powerful and flexible regulation checking framework.

Product Editor
Is where you define information relevent to a product such as the product
formulation, the components needed, and additional production information. The
product formulation combo has a red background because the selected production formulation
is Unapproved.

Product Cost Analysis
The graph shows all the events that have a non-linear effect on cost. You can click on any point in the graph to get a description of the exact event that caused the change in cost and a Before/After item cost price. Clicking on the total price will take you to a complete cost breakdown report.This is decision support Creativity style.

Production Process Editor
Is where you define the costs associated with a standard production line, costs
can be designated as one off, per batch, per hour, or by weight or volume.

Sales Quote Editor
It is possible to quickly build complex sales quotes calculating costs and P/L
information on the fly. You can also generate reports showing comprehensive production cost
breakdowns.

Report Viewer
Most reports have optional parameters fields making them very flexible and easy
to customise, plus they can be exported in several formats.
